She is survived by: her children, Beverly Lykins (Tim) of West Liberty, KY, Orville Perkins, Jr. of Little Rock, AR, David Mark Perkins of West Liberty, KY and Christine Perkins (Mike) of West Liberty, KY; and her sister Irene Mills of Piqua, OH.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
