He was predeceased by: his mother Penny Lewis Adkins. He is survived by: his father Lonnie Adkins Sr.; his fiancée Jennifer Sargent; his daughter Alexis Marie Adkins of West Liberty, KY; his stepdaughters, Jenna Robin Legg of West Liberty and Leslie Bryleigh Jaden Caskey of Morehead; his half-sister Jessica Barnes (Rick) of Ervine; his nieces, Laura Barnes and Avis Cult Culton; and his great-nephew Grayson Culton.
COVID-19 new mandate/regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.
