She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Lewis and Elizabeth Gilliam Lewis; her husband Edgar Eugene Osborne; her children, Edgar Lewis Osborne and Susan Carol Osborne; and her sisters, Loretta May and Mae Hammonds.
She is survived by: her children, Toni Auxier (Kenny) of Rockledge, FL, Fred Nelson Lewis Osborne of West Liberty, KY and Frank Ellis Osborne (Vickie Pelfrey Oldfield) of West Liberty, KY; her grandchildren, Hunter Auxier of Rockledge, FL, Taylor Auxier of Vero Beach, FL, Esther Osborne of Louisville, KY and Ella Osborne of Villa Hills, KY; her daughter-in-law Sallie Osborne of Villa Hills, KY; and her sister Henrietta Lewis May of West Liberty, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
