It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Vanderpool of West Liberty, Kentucky, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on October 12, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Vanderpool and Anna Lee Yocum; and his siblings, Jerry Vanderpool and Teresa Helton. He is survived by: his sons, Larry Ray Vanderpool, Jr. (Garietta) of Wellington, KY, Benny Earl Vanderpool (Lori) of Georgetown, KY and Linville Joseph Vanderpool (Billie Ann) of Frenchburg, KY; and his siblings, Dale Helton of Frenchburg, KY, Laquita Collins of Middletown, KY and Vicki Helton of Frenchburg, KY. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
