He is survived by: his wife Betty Day Blanton; his children, Thomas Kester Stephens (Linda) of West Liberty, KY and Cynthia Ellen Stephens Lee (Joel) of Hamilton, OH; his grandchildren, Jeremy Stephens, Heather Stephens, Chris Fedler (Matt) and Samantha Schmadel (Mike); his stepchildren, Myra Addington (Bruce) of Gulfport, FL and Rocky Blanton (Janey) of Pebble Beach, CA; and his siblings, Jessie Stephens (Brenda), Carol Webb, Billy Stephens (Kaye), Bobby Joe Stephens (Debbie) and Crawford Stephens (Reada). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren.
