He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Boone (Luke) of West Liberty, KY, Danny Sparks (Misty) of Dayton, OH and Frances Sparks of Las Vegas, NV; and his aunt Mollie Gamble of West Liberty, KY. He is also survived by eleven nieces and five nephews; two great nephews; and several cousins.
