Kenneth Adkins Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Adkins of West Liberty, Kentucky, who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Adkins and Goldie Mae Davis Adkins; his siblings, Karen Gail Kinner and Renny Adkins; his siblings-in-law, Belinda Hembree Adkins and Gregory Kinner; and his niece Kayla Adkins.

He is survived by: his daughter Desiree McGuire of Elliott County, KY; his siblings, Nalma Howell (Jackie) of West Liberty, KY, Tammy Cooper of West Liberty, KY, Timmy Adkins (Marlene) of Morehead, KY and Ricky Adkins of West Liberty, KY; his grandchildren, Katie and Mitchell McGuire; his nephews, Dustin Adkins (Sarah), Brian Adkins (Charity), Tyler Howell (Chasity), Brandon Howell (Lindsey), Shawn Cooper (Sabrina), Chad Michael Adkins, Channing Kinner (Leah) and Austin Kinner (Tori); and his niece Amber Williams (Dustin). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
