She is survived by: her children, Timothy Ray Elam (Holly) of Florence, Gregory Elam of West Liberty, Kentucky, Benita Lynn Barker (Shannon) of West Liberty and Tiffany Renee Johnson (Kenny) of Morehead, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Tyler Elam, Joshua Elam, Andrew Elam, Emily Elam, Caitlyn Allen, Dylan Akers, Elizabeth Johnson and Benjamin Johnson; her great grandchildren, Rhea Allen and Aubrey Allen; and her siblings, Harold Mullins of Burkhart, Larry Mullins of Burkhart, Gary Mullins of Burkhart, Clyde Mullins of Campton, Kentucky and Naomie Simpkins (Rick) of Burkhart.
