He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Keeton and Ruby Ball Keeton; his grandchild Kristen Lynn Keeton; and his siblings, Mont Ball, Goble Keeton, Noble Keeton, Lowell Keeton, Ova Keeton and Garney Hixon.
He is survived by: his wife Freda Keeton; and his children, Sandi Stephens of West Liberty, KY, Toni Caskey of West Liberty, KY and Steve Keeton (Sherry) of West Liberty, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
