With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry C. Lykins of West Liberty, Kentucky, born in Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 30, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lykins and Sarepta Howard Lykins; his wife Dixie Hill Lykins; his siblings, Shirley, Judith, Jeanette, Gloria, Sara Rose, Gordon, Orville, Roy, Merlin, Johnny, Ranzie, Raney and Marvin Lykins; and his stepson Austin Thornberry.
He is survived by: his daughter Jerra Lykins; and his stepchildren, Jennifer, Mona and Jimmy Thornberry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
