He was predeceased by: his father Millard Whitt. He is survived by: his mother Beulah Wilder Whitt of West Liberty; his son Jeffrey Blake Whitt (Israel) of West Liberty; his sister Regina Logan (Kevin) of Morehead; and his nieces, Whitney Blanton (Matt) of West Liberty and Shelania May (Fred) of Denniston, Kentucky.. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; and other extended family and friends.
