We bid farewell to Jeffery Grant Holbrook of West Liberty, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 6, 2025 at the age of 48. Jeffery Grant touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his father Harry Junior Holbrook; his stepfather Ronnie Nantell; his grandparents, Grant, Fronie Holbrook and Sanford (Melda Ward); and his aunts and uncles, Charles Ward, Harold Holbrook, Jim Holbrook, Palmer Holbrook, John Holbrook, Ruth Skaggs, Zelma Jenkins, Judy Francis, Elizabeth Holbrook, Easter Smith and Louise Giffy.
He is survived by: his mother Donna Gail Ward Phipps (Frank); his brother Sanford Holbrook (Stephanie) of Mount Olivet; his aunts and uncles, Gary Ward (Jean), Grant Holbrook (Mildred), J. D. Jenkins, Nevlee Reed, Connie Hunter (Bill) and Gay Ward; his niece Alexis Holbrook (Don Wells); his nephews, John Hendrix (Caitlin), Lyle Hendrix (Desarie), Justin Hendrix (Mary Lauran) and Brandon Burden (Renea Potter); his caregiver Maxine Kalb; and his pets, Sushi and Pepper. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Any Time Till Funeral Services. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
