He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hutchinson and Opal Ison Hutchinson; and his stepdaughter Shanda Cantrell. He is survived by: his wife Emma Gwendolyn McKenzie Hutchinson; his grandson Jeffrey Shawn Cantrell; and his stepchildren, Jerry Daniel of South Carolina, Dana O'Neal (Johnny) of Elkfork, KY, Scott Daniel of Paintsville, KY and Jeffrey Cantrell (Natasha) of West Liberty, KY. He is also survived by several grandchildren & great grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
