She is survived by: her husband Delbert Phipps; her sons, Tommy Phipps (Amanda) of Grassy Creek, KY., Chris Phipps (Juanita) of Grassy Creek, KY. and James Phipps of Grassy Creek, KY.; her sisters, Linda Brown (Mack), Anna Whitt (Ronnie) and Ressie Gullett (Danny) of Lakeland, FL.; her grandchildren, Cole Phipps (Maria), Ryan Phipps (Jessica), Jordan Phipps (Heaven), Kentin Phipps, Piper Phipps, Lily Phipps, Clasie Carter, Martial Carter, Maren Carter and Bruce Carter; and her great grandchildren, Harper Phipps, Amelia Phipps and Kayden Phipps.
