We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2021, at the age of 64, Hershell Rigsby (West Liberty, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Rigsby Reed. He is survived by: his brother Earl Reed of West Liberty, KY.; and his aunt Wilma Miller of Cedarville.
