She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Opil Burks; and her sons, Elisha Monroe Burks and Chester Eugne Burks. She is survived by: her children, Dorthy Johnson of West Liberty, KY, Pauline Spicer of Texas, Janette Bushong of West Liberty, KY., Kathleen Allred of West Liberty, KY., Patricia Richardson of West Liberty, KY., Joann Stoddard of West Liberty, KY., Carol Lee Wright of West Liberty, KY. and Kenneth Burke of McKee, KY.; and her brother Emmil Monroe Sherman of Preston. She is also survived by 45 grandchildren, 98 great-grandchildren, 25 great-great-grandchildren.
