She is survived by: her husband Lester Elam; her children, Amanda Rose Nipper (David) and Bryan Eugene Perry; her granddaughter Breanne Rose Kelsey of West Liberty; her siblings, Cozetta Sargent of Ohio and David Timothy Sargent of West Liberty, KY.; and her pet Little Girl.
