He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Adkins and Cleffie Gilliam Adkins; his wife Letha Fannin Adkins; his daughter Pauline Adkins (Tina Marie); his grandson Josh Adkins; and his great grandchild Christopher Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Carmen (Al Johnson), Sandy (Davis Norton), Tena (John Sword), Shenna (Dan Gambill), Tony (Charlene Adkins) and Bobby (Melissa Adkins).
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home (367 Main St, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
