He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Marion McKenzie and Thelma Jean Skeens McKenzie; his wife Tina Gillum McKenzie; and his sister Freda Davis. He is survived by: his children, Lee McKenzie of Crockett, Kentucky, Franklin McKenzie, Jr. of Crockett, Kentucky, Christopher Lloyd McKenzie of Crockett, Kentucky and Pauline "PJ" McKenzie of Crockett, Kentucky; and his brother Stanley McKenzie of Elliott County, Kentucky. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
