It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Allen (West Liberty, Kentucky), born in Hardburly, Kentucky, who passed away on November 18, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Allen and Lula Jones Allen; his grandson Eric Channing Allen; and his brothers, Lockford Allen, Merle Allen, Robert Cotton Allen, Palmer Allen, Manuel Allen, Finley Allen and Daniel Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Smith Allen; his son Eric; his daughter-in-law Pam Allen of Woodsbend, KY; his grandson Kaelin Andrew Allen of Morehead, KY; and his stepgrandson William Michael Holbrook, II of Verona, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
