He was predeceased by: his parents, Gardner Patrick and Allie Maye Lewis Patrick; his former wife Jewel Rose Patrick; his daughter Janet Rose Bird; his son-in-law George R. Ford; and his sister Letha Nell Patrick Sheets.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rigsby Easterling Patrick; his daughters, Brenda Patrick Ford of Whitesville, KY and Debra Patrick Ratliff (Kevin) of West Liberty, KY; his stepchildren, Anna Sexton (Lyss) of West Liberty, KY and Bobby Easterling of West Liberty, KY; his grandchildren, Brian Patrick Terry (Stacy), Evyian Terry (Robyn), Kevin Thorton Terry (Misty), Shawn Alan Ratliff (Wendy), Zachary Earl Wathen and Jessica Marie Wood (Kyle); his brother Drexel Patrick (Trena) of West Liberty, KY; his niece Jennifer Sheets; and his nephew David Patrick (Joan). He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; six step grandchildren; six step great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Potter Funeral Home (329 Glenn Ave, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
