He was predeceased by: his parents, Park Lykins and Ruby Oney Lykins. He is survived by: his wife Monteza Howard Lykins; his siblings, Jewell Allen and Kenneth Lykins; his daughter Sherry Lynn Munn (Brian); his grandchildren, Austina Lynnette Phipps (Leroy) and Brian Clay Munn (Krysten); his great grandchildren, Tinley Jade Phipps, Bentley Clark Phipps and Atley Kate Phipps; and his siblings, Jackie Lykins, Hershell Lykins (Jenny), Bobby Lykins (Cheryl), Phyllis Imrich and Sharon Basso.
