He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar L. II and Patricia Hockley Manning; and his sister Amy Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Montgomery Manning of West Liberty, Kentucky; his children, Joshua Montgomery (Alexis) of Salyersville, Kentucky and Lindsey Hall (Dustin) of Lexington, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Hallie James Hall and Raelyn Jade Montgomery. He is also survived by cousins and other family and friends.
