He was predeceased by: his parents, Verlin Green McCoy and Ruby Rogers McCoy Scott; his siblings, William Ray McCoy, Verlin McCoy, Jr., Charles Dewayne McCoy and Bernice Tincher; and his grandchild Jordan Svatba.
He is survived by: his daughter Tina Svatba (Phillip) of Stanton; his siblings, Timothy McCoy of Stanton, Brenda Case of Winchester and Kay Bellamy (Ollie Ray) of Stanton; and his grandchildren, Eric Lynn Svatba, Byron Lynn Svatba and Jasper Lynn Svatba.
