He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Lykins and Mary Kathleen Easterling Lykins; his grandparents, Will Tom, Parthenia Lykins, Homer and Ruby Easterling; his brother Rodney Lykins; his daughter-in-law Lisa Lykins; and his parents-in-law, Oakley and Mary F. Nickell.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lykins; his son Christopher Dudley Lykins of West Liberty; his grandchildren, Kayla Smith and Kyle Smith; his great grandchildren, Kirstyn Prater, Kyndra Prater, Logan Raines and Alex Smith; and his siblings, Larry (Myra Lykins), Rex (Karen Lykins), Cheryl (Bill Wright) and Tonya (Chuck Skeens). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Potter Funeral Home (329 Glenn Ave, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Contributions are suggested to: Perry Cemetery or Lick Fork Pentecostal Church.
