She is survived by: her daughter Helen Perkins Young of Grassy Creek, KY.; her granddaughters, Janet Tate of Middletown, OH and Terri Jones-Gliott of Sandy Hook, KY.; her great grandchildren, Nicole Tate, Harry, Blake Standafer, Holly and Bobbi Carol Perkins; her great great grandchild Tatum Lewis; and her siblings, Pearl Shearer of West Liberty, KY, Clotine Cornett of Ezel, Wanda Bailey of West Liberty, KY., Helen Jean Perkins of West Liberty, KY., Oscar, Bert, Russell and Lonzo Harper.
