He is survived by: his daughter Janice; his wife Maxine Adkins; his son Curtis Adkins (Barbara) of Forest Hill, KY.; his granddaughters, Samantha Codi Adkins of Pikeville, KY and Amanda Dawn Gilliam; and his great grandchildren, Rylan Dean Elliott and Reid Clay Elliott.
