He was predeceased by: his parents, Malvrie Christine Hoskins Chambers and Denzil H. Sr. Chambers; his son Christopher Warren Chambers; and his brother Timothy Wayne Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Anna Faye Chambers; his adoptive daughters, Jasmine Chambers, Brittany Chambers, Amber Chambers, Shyanna Chambers and Whitney Chambers; his grandchildren, Hayden Henderson, Warren Chambers, Pazlee Caskey, Teagan Caskey and Christopher Chambers; and his siblings, Kenneth Chambers (Sandy) of Campton, KY, Michael Chambers (Cynthia) of Campton, KY, Shane Trent of Campton, KY, Tonia Goldsberry of Dayton, OH, Brian Chambers (Heather) of Nicholasville, KY and Cynthia Chambers of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
