He is survived by: his parents, Ruth Benton Lambert (Todd) of West Liberty, KY and Wayne Bell (Karen Glancy) of Morehead, KY; his brother Charles Bell (Laura Wright) of Morehead, KY; his daughters, Alyssa Bell and Kaitlyn Bell of West Liberty, KY; and his half-sisters, Tabetha Allen (Chris) of Owensboro, KY, Gwen Conley (Perry Prater) of Ezel, KY and Catrina Bell of Ezel, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
