David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lewis and Avis S. Wolfenbarger Lewis; and his sisters, Wendlene Fannin Perry and Penny Rogers. He is survived by: his children, Christina Engle (Eric), Kimberly Howard (Brent), Brandy Jenkins (Zach) and Jeremy Lewis; his grandchildren, Ryleigh Howard, Abigail Engle, Samuel Jenkins, Allison Engle, Emileigh Howard, Hunter Jenkins and Natalie Jenkins; and his siblings, Carol Burchett (Dean), Sandy Keeton, Larry Lewis (Mary), Debbie Sexton (Roger), Donna Lewis, Phillip Lewis, Phyllis Kidd (Dana) and Ernest Jr. Lewis (Pam).
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home (367 Main St, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
