He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gullett and Alice Lykins Gullett; and his siblings, Marcus, Wendell, Leo, Phillip Gullett, Wilma Jean Gullett, Mildred Burkhart, Anna Clay Spencer and Fran Mettler.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony (Geri Gullett), Dennis Gullett of Felicity, OH, Timothy Gullett of Amelia, OH, Kyle (Missy Jo Gullett) and Veronica Gullett of Maysville, KY; his grandchildren, Landon Gullett, Taylor Brooke Skaggs, Wendie Gullett, Lindsay Rae Gullett, Dylan Lucas, Rachael Gullett, Jeremy Thornberry and Josh Thornberry; and his sisters, Ruie Clark of West Liberty, Kathy Gullett of West Liberty, Teresa Gullett of Morehead, KY, Jenny Lykins of White Oak, KY, Jackie Weddington of Winchester, KY and Dorothy Ward of Salyersville, KY.. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
