He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Gladden and Wilma Gladden Schmidt; his wife Barbara Joyce Parsons Gladden; his daughter Cindy Scott; and his grandchildren, Brandon Scott and Alisha Barnette.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah, Clark Ferrell of Kingsport, TN, Timothy Gladden and Bree McGatha of Dayton, OH; and his brothers, Doug Gladden of Mansfield, OH and Tom Gladden of Olive Hill, KY.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
