She is survived by: her sons, Larry Adrian Perry (Aileen) of West Liberty, Lyndon Ray Perry (Conie) of Clearfield and Richard Wayne Perry (Debbie) of Morehead; her brother John Wallace of Morehead; her granddaughters, Malissa Robinson (Randy), Jennifer Wright (Aaron), Brandy Wagoner and Raychel Perry; and her great grandchildren, Casey Robinson, Madalynn, Rylee Wagoner and Audrey Grace Wright.
