He is survived by: his parents, Denzil Chambers, Jr and Anna Faye Lewis Chambers; his wife Brittany Chambers; his children, Pazlee Elta Fare Caskey, Teagan Caskey, Hayden Tyler Henderson, Warren Gage Chambers and Christopher Wyatt Chambers; and his sisters, Brittany, Jasmine, Amber, Shyanna and Whitney.
