We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2023, at the age of 81, Chester H Walter (West Liberty, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Elmo and Thelma Osborn Walter; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Walter, Chester "Junior" Bailey, Rexford Bailey, Randolph Bailey and Kenneth Bailey.
He is survived by: his sons, Chester Wade Walter (Pauline) and Neil Hiram Walter (Cheryl); and his wife Wilma Jean Bailey Walter.
