He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Barker and Rissie Keeton Barker; his children, Sherry Ann Horn of Midway, Terry Wayne Barker of Springfield and Jamie Ray Barker of New Carlisle; his sister Alice Smith of West Liberty; his wife Judy Callahan Barker; and his grandson Dustin Lee Horn.
