She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Prater and Hazel Henry Prater. She is survived by: her husband Larry Bailey; her siblings, James Prater, Jolene Prater Conley and Shelvea Jean "Tom" Prater; and her daughters, Cathy Bailey of Salyersville, Kristy McCarty (Brian) of Salyersville and Kellie Shepherd (Brian) of Salyersville. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
