She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Nevon and Mary Kathryn Castle Lumpkins; her siblings, Jackie Lee Lumpkins (Julie), Karen Sue Whitt (Phillip), Mark Dwayne Lumpkins and John Lloyd Lumpkins; and her sister-in-law Connie Nurre.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert "Doug" Collins; her daughters, Caitlin Hounshell (Everett) of West Liberty, KY and Kaci Collins of West Liberty, KY; her grandchildren, Annie Jo Hounshell, Johnny Douglas Hounshell and Marlee Kate Hounshell; and her siblings, Linda Gail Haney (Junior) of Cannel City, KY, Michael Nevon Lumpkins (Debbie) of Morehead, KY and Tina Marie Finch (Jeff) of Richmond, KY. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
