It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Spence (West Liberty, Kentucky), born in Cromona, Kentucky, who passed away on August 23, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Paul Spence and Nellie Mae Beverly Spence; his siblings, Ronnie, David Spence, Roy Huff, Patricia and Carolyn Huff; and his stepmother Juanita Huff Spence.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his daughters, Shawnta Spence and Rachelle Spence (Hershel Adkins); his grandchildren, Nathan Goff (Tiffany), Toni Cheyenne Stone and Josh Adkins; his great grandchildren, Ryan Goff and Hailey Goff; and his siblings, Jim Spence, Eva Straub (Richard), Barbara Pearce (Jim), Harry Spence (Elaine), Ileane Tuggle (Tim), Charles Spence (Christine), Charlene Atkinson (Joe), Wanda Terrell (Richard), Ruth Reeve (Paul), Donnie Spence (Candy), Beth Cornett (C. B.), Helen Spence and Bobby Huff (Carol). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
