She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Adams and Pearlie Litteral Adams; her husband Benny Spradlin; her children, Gregory Spradlin and Cyndi Spradlin; and her siblings, Gertrude Prater, Pauline Prater, Geraldine Conley, Harmon Green Adams and Cecil Adams.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela; her son-in-law Steve Burton of West Liberty, KY; her grandchildren, Heather Helm (Daniel) of Lexington, KY, Chris Spradlin of Lexington, KY, Brian Colby Spradlin (Tiffany), Lindsay Burton of West Liberty, KY and Lauren Staton (Justin); her great grandchildren, Audrey Helm, Ben Helm, Chase Spradlin, Elena Spradlin, Brock Spradlin, Jaxon Spradlin, Logan Olivia Burton and Landon Staton; and her sister-in-law Mary Sue Adams.
