It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold William Phipps of West Liberty, Kentucky, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmer Phipps and Loretta Tolson Phipps; and his sister Margie Parks. He is survived by: his wife Karen Dawson Phipps; his children, William Shannon Phipps (Daphne) of Winchester, Kentucky and Tracy Lynn Harrison (Steve Dobbins) of New Richmond, Ohio; his stepsons, James Scott Smith of Elkfork, Kentucky and Jeremy Keith Smith (Susanne) of Elkfork, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Wade Willoughby, Cadence Willoughby, Joshua Benton, Travis Benton, Britney Benton, Nicholas Smith, Tyler Smith, Nicole Smith Maleah Smith and Leila Dobbins; his great grandchildren, Braylon Benton, Branson Benton and Haven Faye Copley; and his siblings, Ronald Phipps (Birdena) of Campton, Kentucky, Donald Phipps of Campton, Kentucky, Wyonetta Smith of Sandy Hook, Kentucky and Lisa Martin (Fred) of Frenchburg, Kentucky..
