He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wilson, Juanita Burnett Risner, Stanley and Vivian Vance Spencer. He is survived by: his parents, Vaughn Spencer and Barbara Risner Spencer of West Liberty, KY; his wife Brittany Nicole Spencer; his sons, Zander Spencer and Kendall Spencer; his parents-in-law, Lyss and Anna Sexton of West Liberty, KY; his siblings, Shavonna Kay Rose of West Liberty, KY, Vaughn Spencer, Jr. of Ohio, Derrick Spencer of Ohio, Kelly Stewart of Ohio and Christina Hernandez of Morehead, KY; and his brother-in-law Matthew Sexton of West Liberty, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
