She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gene Pugh and Dixie Helen Pugh. She is survived by: her husband Ancel Spencer of Wellington, KY; her brother Roger Pugh (Hilldred) of Wellington, KY; and her daughter Kym Cartmell (Mike) of Waynesville, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
