He is survived by: his wife Iris Fran Wells Groves; his children, Joseph Groves, John (Corinna Groves), Jeremy Benjamin (Heather Groves) and Jessica (Anthony Pack); his mother-in-law Jeannette Wells; and his sisters, Alma and Collis Setters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
