It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Manning of Wellington, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on April 6, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Clifford Ross; and her brother Larry Ross. She is survived by: her mother Lola Victoria Mayabb Ross of Mt. Sterling, KY; her husband Robert Lee Manning of Wellington, KY; her children, Charles Terrill, Jr. of Wellington, KY, Jordan Barnett (Sara Adkins) of Millersburg, KY, Randy Manns (Whitney) of Frenchburg, KY, Johnny Manns of Rota, Spain, Gabe Ross of Wellington, KY, Marlena Geronimo (Victor) of Mt. Sterling and Ashley Haskins (TJ) of Millersburg, KY; and her siblings, Clifford Ross (Mary) of North Middletown, KY, Johnny Ross of Ewing, KY, Stanley Ross of Carlisle, KY, William Ross of Beattyville, KY, Lisa Barnett (Jackie) of Carlisle, KY and Vickie Shepherd of Sharpsburg, KY.
