He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Brown and Leona Montgomery Brown; and his brothers, Howard, Hobert, Rader and Denzil Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Athlene Bair Brown; his children, Chan Handy (Allen) and Foy Brown (Glynda); his grandchildren, Carolyn Melton (Daniel), Daniel Hollon (Tiffany), Becky Goodpaster (Josh) and Kayla Brown; and his sisters, Lee Ingram, Josephine Morris, Bonnie Corey, Eileen Peck, Mayme Peyton, Beryl Barker and Mae Dean.
COVID-19 regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.
