She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cade and Enola Cade; her brother Gary Cade; her children, Debbie Craft Watson and David Bowling; and her grandson Brandon Craft.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Bowling; her brothers, Lee Cade (Lois) and Bill Cade (Brenda); her children, Billie Newsome (Greg) and Donnie Craft (Tina); her son-in-law Bobby Watson; and her grandchildren, Ryan Newsome (Leanna), Josh Craft (Lexi), Teddilyn Craft, Linsey Kouns (Breanna), Jonathan Kouns (Tessa), Kyleigh Newsome and Brittany Hastie (Jeremy). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
