It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Patrick (Wellington, Kentucky), born in Paris, Kentucky, who passed away on March 31, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Craycraft. She is survived by: her husband Randy Allen Patrick; and her mother Lema Caudill Chandler.
