She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Creech and Effie Treadway Creech; her son Stanley Stone; and her sisters, Betty Luke, Macy Taulbee and May White.
She is survived by: her children, James Hargis Stone (Carol) of Wellington and Loretta Williams; her grandchildren, KaSandra Hensley of Morehead, Sabrina Simpson (Davey) of Wellington and Waylon Stone of Ohio; her stepgrandchildren, Carla Brown of Wellington and Richard Cornett of Morehead; her great grandchildren, Conner Caldwell and Alonzo Hensley; her stepgrandchildren, Kelly, Lacy and Blake Akers; her sisters, Janice Holland of Pine Ridge and Willena Pelfrey of Ohio; and also Brenda Barker of Morehead. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
