He is survived by: his sons, Kelly Havens (Linda) of Manchester and Mark Havens of Wellington, KY; his close friend Bonnie Ingram of Frenchburg, KY; his grandchildren, Eric, Roy Havens, Elizabeth Stevenson, Tyler and Kristen Havens; his great grandchildren, Brayleih Henderson-Irwin, Easton Havens, Isabella, Alaina Stevenson and Abrianna Havens; and the mother of his children Judy Havens.
